What is the ACM SIGCHI Latin American HCI Community?
The SIGCHI Latin American HCI Community (LAIHC) brings together researchers, practitioners, and students who are interested in support Latin America through their research and practice focused in HCI. Its primary purpose is to manage the Latin American Conferece on Human-Computer Interaction (CLIHC), and to promote communication and collaboration among the community members. The LAIHC Community is led by a committee, which will manage the bids of those wishing to organize the biennial conference, maintain resources needed to provide continuity to the conference series (such as the website), provide guidance and advice the organizers of each conference, and make policy decisions for the conference and Community as needed.Previous conferences/
